"The Practical Psychic" by Noreen Renier is the best book I have read on intuitive psychic development. It is a must read for any serious student who wants to develop his or her intuition and psychic abilities. I have been teaching intuition development classes for over 20 years, and this is the book that I recommend my students to read. It is a practical, comprehensive, easy to read book that covers a wide range of intuitive skills from dreams, clairvoyance, psychic phenomena to remote viewing and psychic healing. In addition, that is only a few of the subjects covered in the book. The author not only explains each skill but also has exercises that help the individual to learn and reinforce the material that is presented. For the beginner, the author gives all the basics that the individual needs to in order to understand and develop intuitive psychic skills. For the experienced practitioner, it is a wonderful book to peruse as a refresher course. It reminded me of things that I knew but had not used in a while. Everyone should read and reread this book. The information presented in the book are golden nuggets that can be used in all areas of life, from business, personal relationships to self-empowerment. ~ Michele Bartow Freeman

I love Noreen Renier's latest book!! Just like A Mind for Murder, The PracticalPsychic has a down-to-earth tone and Noreen's straight-forward, no-nonsense, and literally hands-on experience makes the book easy and enjoyable to read. Her sense of humor is unmistakably unique! As a criminal psychic student, I feel this is a perfect instructional book for not only an individual to follow in their own free time but it also could be used in a classroom environment. Noreen thouroughly discusses topics such as telephathy, psychic healing, psychometry, the psychic realm in dreams, remote viewing, and attracting anything you want. Each chapter has a recap along with exercises to practise developing abilities that relate to Noreen's prior discussion. Once again, Noreen brings public awareness to the capabilities of the mind and at the same time provides a practical approach to those that want to develop their abilities. The author of "The Practical Psychic" is Noreen Renier, a psychic detective and one of the few psychics to ever lecture at the FBI academy. Ms. Renier's book is built upon the premise that everyone is psychic to some degree and with training can increase his or her sensitivity to psychic phenomenon.

If there were such a course as Psychic Skills 101, "The Practical Psychic" would be the primer for the course. Through exercise after exercise the book teaches you how to build your own awareness of intuition and psychic skills within yourself.

While the book contains much other interesting material, the key point of all of it is that anyone can train him or herself to become psychically aware. Just as you can train each of your five "normal" sense to be more alert and aware, you can also train your psychic senses through the many techniques and exercises presented in this book. I found the book to be very enlightening and plan to try to put a new technique into use every week or two to begin to develop my psychic senses just as I develop my other senses.

I had been anticipating this book for quite some time. The chapter on dreams is especially mind blowing for someone who has experienced prophetic, lucid and sometimes just plain expressive dreams. I've always tried to make sense of it and I finally have my answers. Thank you, Ms. Renier. You're truly a godsend.
